Refund policy
At Cavina Home, we want you to love your space. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@cavinahome.store so we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
